ARE WE TRUELY INDEPENDENT AT 54 NIGERIA"
(1. When average educated youths in Nigeria are
Unemployed
"The sweetness that lures youths into criminality
and all forms of misdemeanour is that, the future
of militants and all the revolutionary sects are far more brighter
than those suffering in
universities and colleges.

Citizens of Nigeria are complaining of Poverty
due to inequitable distribution of income.
(3. When there is insurgency like Militancy, Bokoharam, Kidnapping etc
in each year without
national Unity.

(4. When Politicians still champaign with provision of good roads,
electricity, defence @
54 instead of other important goals.
(5. When Politician steals and EFCC probe's them
asking most of them to pay fine far less than the
amount they stole while criminals or arm robbers
are jailed for life or killed. (6. When we have no freedom of speech such
that when we cry for justice in our states the
governors and leaders seeks of ways to haunt
us down. Some go as far as paying the media to
speak of achievements that never existed.
(7. When Governor who have offered nothing to the State receives
NATIONAL AWARD from our
President who have not taken his time to visit
His state in other to protect the party interest.
(8. When we see leaders going for 3rd - 4th term
in senate ie 12 - 16 yrs making me to wonder if
at all there are youths in those constituency. Are we truely leaders
of tomorrow?
(9. When we stil import generator for electricity,
import solar panel, yet change or rebrand the
power sector from NEPA, to Phcn, now to
Geometric etc yet we can't boast of 6Months of
uninterrupted power supply all over Nigeria.
(10. When we have so many oil well and rigs
producing oil in large amount yet we still beg the
western world to refine our crude after it must
have been drilled and we buy the products from
them, yet we claim we have refinery which is
few and less efficient. We should remember Ghadafi made sure that
produced oil are refined
in his country telling the Western world that
libya does not nid them that is true
independence.
(11. When we can't provide free education 4 our
country. Only few Gov with passion 4 citizens are doing that. Even the
Lecturers and the
teachers are not paid, so are even sacked in the
Name of Non indigiene, which makes me
wonder if there can be Unity in this country.
(12. When we import virtually most of the things
we eat and use in our industries. If Nigeria's independence is a reminder of
Nigeria's freedom from there colonial masters
making them self governing state. Yet not really
independent, we citizens should focus on
Almighty God who gives genuine independence.
He said in the holy book "There is therefore no condemnation for those
who are in Christ Jesus,
for the law in spirit the life in Christ Jesus wil SET
YOU FREE from the law of sin and death (Rom
8:1). "So if the son of man SET YOU FREE, you are
free indeed. John 8:36. We should also pray for
our country and its leadership. Nigeria is our only country and we
have no other place but Nigeria.
Am proud to be a Nigerian. I greet all Nigerians
wishing them Happy Independent celebration.
